His expertise is built on many years of experience in assessment and advisory projects within executive search, where he has combined scientific rigor with practical consulting. From this, he has developed an innovative approach that expands traditional diagnostics with the dimension of behavior in context – a decisive factor for cultural fit, stability, and performance.
